I asked about community runs and got basically nothing helpful back. For a place that’s supposed to support local runners, the response felt kind of clueless and half-baked. Not exactly impressive

I was looking for a pair of running shoes, but from what I could tell, the selection was limited. Maybe I just caught it at a bad time, but a lot of the sizes I clicked on were out of stock, and the few that were available weren’t really what I was after. It got a bit annoying having to open product after product just to find out there wasn’t much available. I ended up ordering from somewhere else.

My first thought after dealing with their returns was nope, not again. I tried to exchange a pair that didn’t fit, and it took forever to get a clear answer. I had to follow up twice, still ended up paying postage, and the whole thing just felt like way more effort than it was worth.

The shoes showed up quickly, which was nice, but personally I wasn’t fully convinced about them. The box and labels looked a bit different from my last pair, and maybe they’re totally legit, but I just didn’t feel comfortable enough to keep them...

I went in with a couple of basic questions about sizing and support, but the staff didn’t seem very confident with their answers. I spoke to two different people and got different advice from each, which made me question how much they really knew about the shoes. i left more confused than when I walked in, and it also made me a bit unsure about the quality of what I was being recommended. Not really what I expected from a running shop.

I bought a pair of running shoes from Run North West, and at first they seemed fine when I tried them on in the shop. But after just a couple of runs, they started feeling really uncomfortable. The cushioning felt oddly flat, especially under the ball of my foot, and I noticed my feet were sore in the exact same spots each time I got home.

The support just wasn’t there for me either, and the heel area rubbed enough that I kept stopping to adjust my socks, which got annoying fast. I even checked the laces and tongue position because sometimes that tiny stuff makes a difference, but it didn’t help. Maybe they suit other people, but for the price, I’m disappointed.

I’d heard good things, so I was expecting a bit more, I guess. My order seemed to take longer than it should have, and the updates weren’t really clear along the way. It wasn’t terrible or anything, but overall I’m sure I wouldn’t rush to order again.

I bought the gift voucher and everything went smoothly. It was easy to order and showed up quickly. No complaints from me, I’d say it was a simple, hassle-free purchase.

I’d been meaning to check out Run North West, but the location just didn’t really work for me. I don’t drive, so trying to get there by bus ended up being more hassle than I expected.

For me, it felt like quite a lot of effort just to go and try on running shoes. There didn’t seem to be much else nearby either, so it wasn’t the kind of place I could easily fit into a normal day out.

The staff were perfectly fine and I didn’t have any problems once I was there, but personally I found the access inconvenient. I’d probably only go again if someone could give me a lift

I ordered from Run North West and the item turned out fine in the end, but customer service did take a while to get back to me. It wasn’t awful or anything, just a bit annoying when you’re waiting around for an update. To be fair, they did reply eventually and got it sorted, so I can’t complain too much. Just wish they were a bit quicker with responses.

I’ve bought from Run North West before and the kit itself has always been fine. This time though, the parking really put me off. It was hard to find a space nearby, and I ended up having to walk quite a way back to the car after. Not the best if you’re only trying to pop in quickly.

I tried ordering a pair of trainers, but the checkout kept freezing on me and my delivery details disappeared twice. Compared to other sites where you’re done in a couple of minutes, this felt really clunky. I gave up in the end, which isn’t exactly the best first impression.

I went into the store and felt ignored. The staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than helping anyone, and I couldn’t really get much help with sizing. I ended up leaving without buying anything. Whoever runs this place should probably take a closer look at how customers are being treated, because I definitely wouldn’t rush back after that.

Common sense, but this is the kind of review you should only post if it really matches your own visit. If that was genuinely your experience, then go ahead and share it.

I did one of their races and, i’m a bit hesitant to say it was a complete letdown, but the organisation on the day wasn’t great. The signs were confusing, the queues moved really slowly, and it felt like nobody really knew what was happening. Even the start time seemed a bit all over the place. It’s a shame because the route itself was actually decent, but I don’t think I’d book again

I ordered from Run North West the service was totally fine... no real complaints there!! Delivery was okay too, straightforward. The prices, though, are a bit all over the place??? Some shoes are actually a decent deal if you catch them in a sale, but at full price they seem about the same as everywhere else... or even a bit more sometimes!! I’d probably use them again if the price was right, but I’d definitely shop around first!!!

I bought these running shoes thinking they’d hold up for a while, especially for the price, but the sole started peeling after only a few weeks. I wasn’t even doing anything crazy in them, just normal runs and wearing them around here and there. They were comfortable at first, which is why this was extra annoying, but yeah, they definitely didn’t last like I expected.

Ordered from runnorthwest.co.uk and, not gonna lie, the shoes themselves were totally fine. No real complaints about the actual item and they were pretty much what I expected.
The only thing was the packaging looked a bit rough when it arrived. The shoe box was squashed and the outer bag had a rip in it, which didn’t exactly give the best first impression. Not a huge deal, but stronger packaging would definitely help.

It was a decent little shop... the staff were friendly and the atmosphere was alright. It did feel a bit cramped inside though, and it was quiet when I went, but overall it was okay

I used click and collect for a pair of running shoes and overall it was straightforward. It definitely beat sitting around waiting for a delivery, and I got an email once the order was ready to pick up. It did take a little longer than I thought it would, but nothing too frustrating. The staff were polite enough when I went in and the pickup was simple. Personally, I’d say it was a decent option, not brilliant, but convenient enough that I’d probably use it again.
